So here I am being a good little blogger and updating about my whole challenge. I just spent most of the month hauling my children here and there on their adventures to camp in North Carolina and Georgia. It was a huge challenge in itself to try to eat well on the road. All I can say is I did my best. Now that we are back home -where we belong, I am getting back into the grove. My life is settling down so I am able to try to plan things out a bit. I have some babies due so I know there will be days when I can't quite stay on task and that is okay. I have bought a lot of snacks to bring to births and to have around the house for the kids when I am gone. Water drinking is not that hard in the Mississippi summer so I am proud of how I have done with that.
